Welcome to the Fartlek Jogging Club!

Why Running is Good for You

Since the dawn organized sports activities and even earlier than that, running has always been one of the most important things for keeping one’s shape and staying fit.

Jogging, running and numerous marathons now make up a big chunk of outdoors activities for millions of people, both in the US and across the planet.

All in all running not just makes one more fit but is also a great way to prevent and/or fight various heart diseases, at any age!

What Our Club is All About?

With thousands of active members and dozens of accomplished running coaches, the Fartlek club is one of the biggest ones in the local area.
